Ffion Wyn Bowen
Back in 1996 I started working with Arad Goch as an actress, and since then I've been involved in numerous productions and projects, and traveled extensively performing with the company. My duties include directing some of the productions, developing the company's community and creative participatory activities and leading the Drama - BlAGur and AGwedd clubs.

Anne Evans
My work involves a lot of contacting schools. I arrange all of the company’s educational theatre tours, as well as contacting schools about upcoming Arad Goch events, creative learning projects and theatre tours of shows.

Lowri Pugh-Davies
Hello! My name is Lowri, I'm responsible for all the company's marketing. I love art, jewellery... Anything Creative! I joined Arad Goch in 2025, so I'm the newest member of the team.

Nia Wyn Evans
I have worked at Arad Goch since 2003, and I’m the one that looks after the budgets, contracts, all of those interesting things! I’m originally from Llanbrynmair, but decided to stay around Aberystwyth after graduating in Law and Business. I live on a farm in Talybont, with my husband Deulwyn, and 3 children, Mirain, Lleucu and Wil.

Rakaia McAdam-Duff
I have worked as a technician at Arad Goch since 2019, helping ensure the smooth running of our productions and maintaining the building. My duties include set up and operation of technical theatre equipment, building and setting up sets and assisting during productions.
I have also brought my other skills into the role including producing music and sound effects, graphic design and editing.

Ann Penny
I have worked as a Clerk with Arad Goch since 1991 and I am responsible for keeping the accounts on the Sage programme. I also do various administrative work.
