I’m one of Wales’ most experienced theatre directors with 40 years experience of acting, writing, directing and producing. I specialise in creating theatre for young audiences and my work has been performed in numerous countries from Canada in the west to South Korea in the east.

With Arad Goch since the start as an actress, writer and teacher, I support the educational aspects of the company. Sometimes leading drama workshops in schools for children and teachers, at other times developing Welsh in Iaith Trwy Ddrama (Language Through Drama) workshops or supporting new writers with their work. I like a variety!

I have worked at Arad Goch since 2003, and I’m the one that looks after the budgets, contracts, all of those interesting things! I’m originally from Llanbrynmair, but decided to stay around Aberystwyth after graduating in Law and Business. I live on a farm in Talybont, with my husband Deulwyn, and 3 children, Mirain, Lleucu and Wil.

Back in 1996 I started working with Arad Goch as an actress, and since then I've been involved in numerous productions and projects, and traveled extensively performing with the company. My duties include directing some of the productions, developing the company's community and creative participatory activities and leading the Drama - BlAGur and AGwedd clubs.
I have worked as a Clerk with Arad Goch since 1991 and I am responsible for keeping the accounts on the Sage programme. I also do various administrative work.
My work involves a lot of contacting schools. I arrange all of the company’s educational theatre tours, as well as contacting schools about upcoming Arad Goch events, creative learning projects and theatre tours of shows.
It is a privilege to succeed a number of former technical and production managers whom I have known and collaborated with since working in the industry for 25 years. I hope I can continue the work of developing the department to support the important work of the company in Aberystwyth and beyond!
I have worked as a technician at Arad Goch since 2019, helping ensure the smooth running of our productions and maintaining the building. My duties include set up and operation of technical theatre equipment, building and setting up sets and assisting during productions.
I have also brought my other skills into the role including producing music and sound effects, graphic design and editing.
I joined Arad Goch Theatre Company in 2021 after completing an MA in Arts Management from the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. My role in the company will be marketing Arad Goch's work as well as organising the company's various other events.
