It’s time to turn our attention to one of our main events of 2024, Opening Doors Festival.
This will be the 10th Opening Doors Festival, which brings theatre companies from all over the world to perform in Wales.
But as well as being a great chance for children and young people in Wales to experience unique productions from other countries, the festival is also a platform for us in Wales to display some of the best Welsh theatre for young audiences. With producers and programmers from all corners of the globe coming to the festival, Opening Doors is a shop window for the world to see the great work being produced here. So here are the companies and productions from Wales that will be performing at the festival;

There will also be a brand-new production by Jason & Becky revealed during the week of the festival. An interactive piece called Controller which has been commissioned especially for the festival. As well as this, we’ll be staging some of our own productions, including new productions created through our 6X1 scheme.

Opening Doors festival kicks off on the 12th of March 2024, with heaps of shows, talks, workshops and more in Aberystwyth and other towns ‘till- the 16th of March.
