Where the Leaves Blow will be at the National Eisteddfod this year.

Where the Leaves Blow is one of Arad Goch’s most successful productions. It was originally produced by Arad Goch’s Artistic Director Jeremy Turner in 2012 with the actors Ffion Wyn Bowen and Gethin Evans. Over the next decade and more, it toured all over Wales regularly, and internationally frequently too, including South Korea, France, Catalonia, Tunisia and Russia.

Performance in South Korea

This year a new version was produced and taken on tour, this time including elements of BSL too. One of the original cast members, Ffion Wyn Bowen, who’s now Assistant Director of the company has directed this latest version and the play received a wonderful reaction whilst touring at the start of the year.

There will once again be a chance to catch this play – as part of the National Eisteddfod.

Ble Mae’r Dail yn Hedfan is an interactive, musical, funny, and creative theatrical experience that uses natural objects to awaken the senses and open a child’s imagination to create, build, play, explore and communicate. With very little language, this production for children and their families is perfect for new Welsh speakers. We cannot wait to bring the play to the Eisteddfod in Boduan.”

– Ffion Wyn Bowen

Here’s a great opportunity for the children of Wales to see this new version of the production with the whole family! Where the Leaves Blow will be performed at the Pentre Plant on the 8th and 9th, full details below.
